Izluchinsk is a settlement in the Nizhnevartovsky District of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug — Yugra, which emerged in the 1980s as a settlement for builders and workers of the Nizhnevartovskaya GRES. Energetikov Street got its name from the profession of its first residents — power plant workers, power engineers, who made up the bulk of the population of the new settlement.
