The residential area is located in New Moscow, just four kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road along Kievskoye Highway. Two metro stations — Salaryevo and Filatov Lug — are within walking distance (5–10 minutes). This makes the complex convenient for those who work in the city center but want to live in a more spacious and eco-friendly area. Nearby runs Kievskoye Highway, providing road connections to central Moscow and Vnukovo Airport.
