Construction Progress: Phases and Timelines
Seliger City is a multi-format residential complex consisting of 11 monolithic multi-story buildings of varying heights, united by an underground parking garage. The height of some buildings exceeds 100 meters. Construction is carried out in several phases. As of July 2026, the final stage is underway: facade work is being carried out in the Rembrandt and Rubens buildings, and engineering systems are being installed in the Barents building. The Lissitzky Towers buildings were commissioned in Q2 2023.
Construction Equipment on Site
Heavy construction equipment is used on site: tower cranes, excavators, concrete pumps, concrete mixers, loaders, mobile cranes, and dump trucks. Several tower cranes operate simultaneously, ensuring the construction of monolithic buildings of varying heights. During day shifts, equipment is actively used across different sections of the site, ensuring a continuous construction cycle.
