Odingrad Residential Complex: History and Concept

The Odingrad residential complex is a large-scale comfort-class project in the Moscow region city of Odintsovo, developed by the INGRAD group of companies. The concept of the complex combines metropolitan infrastructure with the tranquility of suburban living. The apartments feature spacious loggias, panoramic windows, and laundry rooms. Some layouts include the option to install a sauna or jacuzzi.

The Odingrad residential complex has a total of 373 apartments: 161 one-room, 143 two-room, 60 three-room, and 9 apartments with four or more rooms. The developer is SZ PROSTORNAYA DOLINA (Vector Group).

Architectural Concept and Project Features

The architectural concept of Odingrad was developed by the Finnish bureau Tikkanen Architects in a contemporary Finnish design style. All buildings are united by a single architectural concept, creating a cohesive look for the neighborhood.

The height and distance between buildings are calculated to maximize sunlight penetration into the apartments. The 11 buildings are positioned to ensure a comfortable microclimate in the courtyard. The neighborhood territory is closed off from outside view. All entrances feature through-entry ground-level access and noiseless elevators. Spacious lobbies with designer finishes create an atmosphere of modern living space.

Location and Transport Accessibility

Odingrad is located in the western part of Odintsovo, between the M-1 toll highway and Mozhaiskoye Highway. The neighborhood has its own exits onto the M-1 highway. Moscow can be reached in 10 minutes by car via the Northern Bypass. There is a bus stop No. 19k within walking distance (5 minutes on foot).

Infrastructure and Nearby Amenities

The internal infrastructure includes a yoga studio, hair salons, a coffee shop, and a small hardware store. The neighborhood has supermarkets, convenience stores, and cafes. Within walking distance are shopping centers "O'Park," "Odintsovo Passage," "Ivushka," "Arbat," and "Pyramid." There are schools and kindergartens nearby.

Construction Phases and Development Timeline

Odingrad includes three neighborhoods: "Lesnoy" (5 buildings), "Tsentralny" (3 buildings), and "Semeyny" (11 buildings). The first two have already been commissioned, and the third is partially complete. The "Lesnoy" neighborhood features five 25-story towers (buildings 1-5).

Construction is being carried out in several phases. The first buildings were commissioned in Q4 2020. In the "Semeyny" neighborhood, four more buildings are yet to be constructed. The project construction timeline: Q2 2018 — Q3 2022.
