School in Novoye Pushkino Residential Complex — Online Webcam
Novoye Pushkino Residential Complex: A Modern Neighborhood Near Moscow
The live webcam is installed in the Novoye Pushkino residential complex — a large-scale integrated development project in the city of Pushkino, Moscow Oblast. This new neighborhood is designed for more than 20,000 residents and represents a self-sufficient space with its own social, educational, and commercial infrastructure. The camera is installed at the construction site of Building No. 23 and is aimed at the key facilities of the neighborhood — the school and the surrounding area.
School in Novoye Pushkino: A New Educational Center
The focus of the live camera is the school with a yellow-green facade, which became the second educational institution in the neighborhood. The school is designed for 1,050 students and opened its doors on September 1, 2025. The school was built as part of the "5-minute city" concept, where all essential facilities are within walking distance of residential buildings. The frame also shows a sports ground with running tracks, children's and sports playgrounds with pull-up bars and exercise equipment.
"5-Minute City" Concept: Neighborhood Infrastructure
The Novoye Pushkino residential complex is a comfort-class project by the developer INGRAD, which implements the "5-minute city" concept. This means that all necessary infrastructure — schools, kindergartens, shops, and household services — is within a five-minute walk. The complex features multi-section monolithic buildings up to 17 stories high. In the third phase of construction, buildings with porcelain stoneware facades, transparent entrance areas, and spacious lobbies appeared. The ground floors house non-residential premises for shops and household services, and some buildings have storage rooms on the underground level.
Pushkino: A City with a Rich History
The city of Pushkino, where the residential complex is located, has a long history. Despite its name, Alexander Sergeyevich Pushkin never lived here — the connection with the great poet is only indirect. The city is named after the Pushkin boyar family. The first mentions of these lands date back to the 15th century, when the first owner was the boyar Grigory Pushka. Pushkino only became a city in the mid-20th century, and for five centuries before that, it was a dacha complex favored by famous writers, architects, and merchants. Today, Pushkino is the administrative center of the Pushkinsky Urban Okrug in Moscow Oblast.
What You Can See on the Camera
The live webcam shows a bird's-eye view of the Novoye Pushkino residential complex and the school. In the frame are modern multi-story residential buildings in gray and brown colors, the school building with a yellow-green facade, and a sports ground with running tracks in the foreground. Also visible are children's and sports playgrounds with pull-up bars and exercise equipment, green lawns with walkways, and a parking lot with cars. A forest area is visible in the distance. The camera is installed at the construction site of Building No. 3, whose structure is located in the right corner behind the school and kindergarten. The broadcast allows you to observe the life of the neighborhood, traffic in the parking lot, and activity on the school grounds.
