Sales launch and the start of construction took place in 2022, and the planned commissioning date for the complex is 2026–2027.

Construction progress: from the excavation to the tallest building

In October 2023, at the excavation stage, the contractor placed a time capsule with a message to future generations — this event marked the transition to the active phase of structural construction. Since then, Tower "A" has been gradually adding floors, approaching its design height of 42 levels, while neighboring buildings are at different stages of assembly.
