City Bay Webcam: Live Broadcast in Real Time
City Bay is a large-scale project in the Pokrovskoye-Streshnevo district, where modern architecture blends with thoughtfully designed sports and recreational infrastructure. The live webcam lets you observe the complex in real time: the broadcast features multi-purpose sports grounds, green spaces, and the facades of the Atlantic quarter with panoramic glazing. This is one of those projects where the landscaping of the surrounding area has been elevated to the level of an urban park.
Atlantic Quarter: Architecture on the Front Line of the Moskva River
The heart of the broadcast is the Atlantic quarter, whose architectural concept was developed by SPICH bureau led by Sergey Choban, the architect of the Federation Tower in Moscow City and VTB Arena. Three modern buildings, each 53 stories high, form the silhouette of the embankment, and most windows offer views of the Moskva River waterway. The facades are made of anodized aluminum and ceramic panels in the "sensual functionalism" style by Kleinewelt Architekten — a combination of industrial materials with soft lines creates a memorable appearance.
Sports Infrastructure in the Frame
The camera is aimed at the sports core of the complex — everything for active recreation is here. A multi-purpose field with artificial turf for soccer with white markings and goals is adjacent to a basketball and volleyball court with red surfacing. Both courts are enclosed by metal mesh fences. Along them runs a circular red running track with white lane markings. The sports infrastructure also includes a long jump pit and a soccer field with stands. A branch of the Kurchatov School for 815 students is planned on the territory, where additional sports grounds and a running track will appear on the site of the former sales office.
Landscape Design and Greenery
The City Bay territory is not just concrete and glass. The landscape design was developed by Dutch bureau WEST 8 with a "rocky" theme: relief terraces, inner courtyards, natural stone, and private courtyard oases for each building. The territory will feature several gardens: structural, kinetic, field, grass, and hosta. Plants were selected with seasonal ornamental value in mind — Japanese apple trees, hydrangeas, and maples create a changing landscape throughout the year. Lawns, shrubs, and trees form dense greenery visible in the broadcast.
Embankment and Pedestrian Space
All quarters of City Bay are connected by a pedestrian boulevard — a unified walking space free of cars. The embankment, stretching 1.3 km along the first line of the Moskva River bank, includes walking paths, bike lanes, and observation decks. In the Indian quarter, a large wooden playground on sand with gazebos for parents has been created, and recreation areas with playgrounds for children of different ages are provided. The walking paths with benches visible in the camera are part of this system.
Pokrovskoye-Streshnevo District: Transport and Infrastructure
City Bay is located in the North-Western Administrative Okrug of Moscow, in the Pokrovskoye-Streshnevo district. Volokolamskoye Highway divides the district almost in half, providing convenient access to the MKAD. Transport accessibility is ensured by the metro stations Shchukinskaya and Tushinskaya, as well as the MCD station Trikotazhnaya within walking distance. The district is developing along with the residential complex — a new school, sports facilities, and the embankment are improving the environment.
Live Streaming Mode
The webcam operates around the clock, 24 hours a day, without breaks or days off. The broadcast is free, with no need to register or install additional applications — just open the page in a browser. The image quality allows you to see details: from the markings on sports courts to architectural elements of the facades. The online camera is available from any device — computer, tablet, or smartphone.

People exercising are usually present on the courts. In the background, modern high-rise buildings of the Atlantic quarter with glass facades are visible, including a round building with panoramic glazing. The territory is landscaped: lawns, trees, shrubs, and walking paths with benches. On the left, a road with cars and trees along it passes by.
