iCity Skyscrapers in Moscow — Live Webcam Online
The iCity skyscrapers are one of the newest architectural complexes in the Moscow City business district. Two high-rise buildings with distinctive red accents on their glass facades have become a prominent part of the urban skyline on the Presnenskaya Embankment. This live webcam shows the complex in real time — you can watch traffic moving along Shelepinskoye Highway and observe the life of the business center.
What is iCity and where is it located
The iCity skyscrapers are a modern office complex within Moscow City, situated on the Presnenskaya Embankment. The complex consists of two towers — Time and Matrix — which stand out from the surrounding development thanks to their recognizable red vertical elements on the glass facades. This is one of the newest facilities in the business district: it was commissioned in 2023 and immediately drew attention as an architectural landmark of the area.
The complex is located in the Presnensky District of Moscow, in close proximity to Shelepinskoye Highway and Shmitovsky Prospekt. From here, you have a view of the Third Transport Ring and an extensive network of highways with numerous overpasses and interchanges. The area is undergoing active development, and iCity has become one of the dominant features of this urban transformation.
Architecture of the complex: Time and Matrix towers
The iCity project was developed by the Italian firm Massimiliano Fuksas Architetto in collaboration with the Russian bureau SPEECH under the leadership of Sergei Choban. The architects proposed a concept of two towers of different heights united by a single stylobate. The height of the Time tower is 159 meters — 34 floors. The Matrix tower is slightly shorter: 131 meters and 29 floors.
The main architectural feature of the complex is the red vertical accents on the glass facades. These elements create a rhythm and make the buildings recognizable even against the dense development of Moscow City. The facades are made of high-strength glass, providing good natural lighting for office spaces and a modern appearance.
How to get to iCity: metro and transport
You can reach the iCity skyscrapers in several ways. The nearest metro station is "Delovoy Tsentr" on the Solntsevskaya line. From the station, the Bagration pedestrian bridge leads to the complex, allowing you to cross the embankment and arrive directly at the business center. There is also a nearby MCC and MCD railway platform "Delovoy Tsentr," which is convenient for those traveling from other districts of Moscow.
For motorists, the complex is accessible via Shelepinskoye Highway and Shmitovsky Prospekt. The area has a well-developed transport infrastructure with numerous interchanges and overpasses, providing convenient access from different directions. Parking spaces are provided on the territory of the stylobate section of the complex.
Who works in the iCity skyscrapers
iCity is positioned as a Class A office complex for technology companies and the fintech sector. Tenants here include residents of the Skolkovo Foundation, the company "Tensor" (developer of SBIS), as well as divisions of major Russian technology and financial companies — Yandex and Sber. This tenant profile makes iCity a hub for IT specialists and developers in Moscow.
The offices in the complex are designed with modern workspace requirements in mind: open floor plans, high ceilings, and modern ventilation and air conditioning systems. The lower floors feature public areas — cafes, restaurants, and coworking spaces — creating a comfortable environment for employees.
Construction history: from project to 2023
The iCity project was announced as part of the development of the Moscow City territory on the Presnenskaya Embankment. Construction began in 2018, and over several years, the Time and Matrix towers gradually rose, changing the skyline of the area. In 2023, the complex was officially commissioned, becoming one of the newest facilities in the business district.
During construction, the project went through several stages: from excavation to monolithic frames, then facade glazing and interior finishing. The architectural concept with red accents was implemented in exact accordance with the design by Fuksas and Choban. Today, iCity is a fully functioning business center with modern engineering infrastructure.
What you can see on the camera
This live webcam shows a panoramic view of the iCity skyscrapers in real time. In the center of the frame, the Time tower dominates with its characteristic red vertical accents on the glass facade. Around the complex is an extensive highway system with numerous overpasses, interchanges, and intersections, along which vehicular traffic flows continuously.
On the left side of the frame are industrial buildings with red-and-white smokestacks and a railway overpass. In the background, the Moscow city skyline is visible with numerous buildings of varying heights, including a TV tower in the distance. On the right are residential high-rise buildings and green spaces. The sky in the frame is partly cloudy with breaks in the clouds, creating contrasting lighting on the glass facades of the towers.
The camera operates in real time, allowing you to observe the life of the Moscow City business district: traffic moving along Shelepinskoye Highway, changing lighting throughout the day, and the architectural ensemble of the area. This is one of those views that showcases Moscow as a modern metropolis with a vibrant business life.
