Entrepreneur Sergey Shabalin has been engaged in horse breeding since 2005, turning a small farm into the largest enterprise for breeding Bashkir horses not only in Tyumen Oblast but throughout the entire Ural Federal District.
The complex is located on two land plots with a total area of 976 hectares. In 2017, it was decided to increase the horse population from 450 to 2,000 head, and by 2021 it was planned to bring the herd to 2,500 head. The investment volume in the project amounted to almost 40 million rubles, which underscores the scale and importance of the farm for the region.
The Bashkir horse breed is known for its hardiness and unpretentiousness — these qualities are especially valuable in Siberian climate conditions. The "Razdolye" farm not only preserves the breed's gene pool but also actively develops equestrian tourism and agritourism in the Yalutorovsky District.

The village was founded under the name Base No. 1 — that's what it was called until 1961. By the decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR on May 18, 1961, the settlement was renamed Anisimovka. This is a typical story for many Siberian villages that received new names in the post-war period.
The population of the village is 410 people as of 2014. Despite its modest size, Anisimovka performs an important administrative function as the center of Pamnitninskoye Rural Settlement.
