Twist Business Center is one of the most unusual office complexes in northern Moscow. Its architectural concept is built around the idea of dynamic rotation: the building appears to be "twisted" around its own axis, expanding from the base toward the upper floors. This is where the name comes from — Twist, which translates from English as "to spin, to turn". The author of this bold idea was the architectural firm ADM Architects, and the project developer was Sminex (Sminex-Inteko) — one of Moscow's largest developers with a portfolio of projects totaling tens of millions of square meters.

Structurally, the building is a 9-story tower, 37 meters tall, with three underground levels. The total area of the complex is 18,912.5 m² with a footprint of just 2,100 m² — meaning the building occupies a compact plot but makes efficient use of vertical space. The facades are entirely made of curved (mullioned) glass: the glazed area reaches 6,000 square meters, and the height of individual windows is 4 meters. The glass features mirror and two "silver" energy-efficient coatings, giving the facades a distinctive silvery-bluish tint while reducing heat loss.

In 2023, the project was awarded the Moscow Architectural Award — one of the most prestigious honors in the capital's urban development field. The jury recognized the boldness of the sculptural solution and the high quality of the facade system implementation.
