History of Miskovo Village: From Ancient Pogost to the Present Day

Miskovo is a village whose history dates back to the late 16th century. The «Mitskoy pogost» was first mentioned in 1581, when Tsar Ivan the Terrible granted these lands to Moscow's Chudov Monastery.
