Webcam of Snezhny Park Residential Complex in Vladivostok
Snezhny Park Residential Quarter — A New Neighborhood on the Map of Vladivostok
The live webcam takes us to Snegovaya Pad — one of the youngest and fastest-growing districts of Vladivostok. Here, among the hills and coniferous forest, the Snezhny Park residential quarter is being built — a large-scale project that is changing the face of the city. The camera is installed directly on the construction site and shows the facade of one of the buildings under construction and finishing. Walls made of light aerated concrete blocks, plastic window units with golden and red curtains — all this can be seen in detail.
Snegovaya Pad — A District Built for the Military That Became a "City Within a City"
The history of this place began around 2012, when the neighborhood appeared on the map of Vladivostok. Initially, it was planned that housing for military personnel would appear here, but the military developer went bankrupt. After that, civilian developers entered the district, and the pace of construction increased dramatically. In the first five years of Snegovaya Pad's development, they planned to deliver housing for 50–60 thousand people.
Today, Snegovaya Pad is one of the first modern neighborhoods in Vladivostok to be built in a comprehensive manner. Along with residential buildings, infrastructure was created here: schools, clinics, shops, roads. The district is often called a "city within a city" — it is characterized by dynamic development and the absence of a mix of old and new buildings. Everything here is subject to a single urban planning concept.
Architecture and Scale: 8 Buildings from 10 to 29 Floors
Snezhny Park is not just one building, but an entire ensemble of 8 buildings with variable height — from 10 to 29 floors. The architectural concept of the project is a direct dialogue with the unique landscape of Vladivostok. Instead of monotonous high-rises, a composition of buildings of different heights has been created here, which organically fits into the surrounding hills.
The completion date for the entire quarter is scheduled for Q1 2027, with buildings being delivered in phases. This means that some residents have already moved in, while construction continues in other parts of the quarter.
Car-Free Courtyard — Safety and Comfort
One of the key features of Snezhny Park is the "car-free courtyard" principle. An underground parking garage is provided for residents' cars, while the surface level offers a safe space for children and recreation. Small landscape parks, playgrounds, and sports areas are appearing in the courtyards.
All entrances to the buildings are designed without thresholds and steps — this is convenient for pedestrians, cyclists, scooter riders, and parents with strollers. A stroller room is provided on the ground floor of each building. Such infrastructure makes life in the quarter comfortable for families with children.
Views from the Windows: Forest, Hills, and Amur Bay
The residential quarter is surrounded by hills and forest — Snegovaya Pad is one of the greenest neighborhoods in Vladivostok. From the apartments of the high-rise buildings, there is a view of the forest and Amur Bay. This location gives residents not only beautiful landscapes but also clean air filled with coniferous aromas.
The district is located northeast of the center of Vladivostok, on Polkovnika Fesyuna Street. This is a place where urban infrastructure neighbors nature — a walk in the forest is available right from the doorstep.
Infrastructure: Schools, Clinics, Shops
Comprehensive development means that residents do not need to travel to the center for basic services. Near the residential complex are located 2 schools, a children's and adult clinic, a shopping center, and shops. All within walking distance from the buildings.
The district continues to develop — as new buildings are commissioned, new infrastructure facilities open. For residents, this means that living here becomes more convenient with each passing year.
How to Get to Snezhny Park
Snegovaya Pad is connected to the center of Vladivostok by roads and public transport routes. Main landmarks for navigation: Borisenko Street, Fetisov Arena, the FEFU campus on Russky Island (towards the bridge). The district is located not far from the coast of Patrokla Bay, making it attractive for those who value proximity to the sea.
An underground parking garage is provided for motorists, and guest parking spaces are available outside. Public transport connects the neighborhood with other parts of the city, including the center and stops on main highways.
What You Can See on the Camera
The online camera is installed on the construction site of Snezhny Park and is aimed at the facade of one of the buildings. In the frame are walls made of light aerated concrete blocks with installed plastic window units. The windows are glazed, and in some of them, golden and red colored curtains can be seen. The building is under construction: the walls are unfinished, and the joints between the blocks are visible.
The camera labeled CAM01 operates in live broadcast mode — you are observing the construction progress in real time. This is an opportunity to see how one of the largest residential projects in Vladivostok is growing, without leaving home.
