At the same time, the appearance reveals classical proportions typical of Moscow's mid-20th-century architecture. This approach allows the building to look ultra-modern while fitting into the historical context of Donskoy District.

Five Towers is a monolithic building 75 stories high, belonging to the premium segment. The total number of apartments is 596. Of these, 262 are one-bedroom, 229 are two-bedroom, 70 are three-bedroom, and 35 have four or more rooms. The residential area of the complex is 39,993 square meters.

The building's height and number of floors make it one of the key structures in Moscow's skyline. The monolithic structure provides high strength and allows for complex architectural solutions, including panoramic glazing and open terraces on the upper levels. Construction of the Five Towers residential complex has been underway since 2016. The developer is LLC "Specialized Developer "5 Donskoy", registered in Moscow in 2003. The company is affiliated with Granel Group, one of the well-known developers in the capital's market. The facility is scheduled for completion in 2026.

One of the most memorable stages of construction was the foundation pouring, carried out in December 2023 at a temperature of -16 degrees. Conducting concrete work in such harsh conditions required the use of special technologies and additives to ensure proper curing of the mixture. This fact vividly illustrates the complexity and scale of the tasks the construction crew has to tackle.
