The Homestead Ski Resort is the winter component of the legendary The Omni Homestead Resort in Hot Springs, Virginia. This destination has been welcoming guests for over 260 years: the first mentions of the resort date back to 1766, when Thomas Bullitt and his companions purchased 300 acres of land with mineral springs. Since then, U.S. presidents, including Thomas Jefferson, have vacationed here, and the resort itself became one of the founding members of Historic Hotels of America.
