Messilä Ski Resort is situated in a scenic area on the shore of Lake Vesijärvi, 8 kilometers from the city of Lahti — the largest city in the Päijät-Häme region. The resort is approximately an hour's drive from Helsinki, making it convenient for day trips from the capital.

You can reach Hollola by car via the E75 highway, by bus from Lahti or Helsinki, or by train to Lahti station with a further transfer to local transport. The resort offers free parking and seasonal shuttles from nearby settlements.
