The History of Disneyland in Anaheim
The idea of a park where adults and children could enjoy themselves together originated with Walt Disney back in the 1930s–1940s. How to Get to Disneyland from Los Angeles
Disneyland is located approximately 30 miles (48 km) southeast of Los Angeles.
