TVP Info — Watch Online Live Stream

TVP Info — Poland's Leading News Channel

TVP Info is a Polish public information television channel broadcasting 24/7 from Warsaw. The channel is owned by the state media holding Telewizja Polska and serves as a key news source for Poles both at home and abroad. If you are interested in Polish politics, economy, or cultural life, TVP Info online is an excellent way to stay up to date with current events.

The channel's broadcast is available via the internet, making it convenient to watch on any device — from a smartphone to a Smart TV. Polish television online is gaining popularity among Russian-speaking audiences, especially among those who are learning Polish or planning to move to the country.

History and Development

The channel was launched in October 2007, replacing the former TVP3 channel, which served as a regional broadcaster. Initially, TVP Info combined federal news with regional bulletins: from 2007 to 2013, local studios aired their programs in designated windows within the broadcast schedule.

However, on September 1, 2013, regional programs were moved to the revived TVP Regionalna network (later renamed back to TVP3). From that point on, TVP Info fully focused on federal news broadcasting, becoming the country's primary news platform.

The channel's headquarters are located in Warsaw, and regional branches operate in most major Polish cities — similar to how France 3 functions in France or Rai Tre in Italy. This allows the channel to promptly receive reports from anywhere in the country.

Content and Broadcasting Specifics

The core content consists of news and current affairs programs, documentaries, and analytical shows. TVP Info focuses on Poland's domestic politics, international relations, economic news, and social issues.

The channel broadcasts in HD format and is available via satellite platforms. However, via the Hotbird 13C satellite, only the Warsaw version signal is broadcast — without regional inserts. For those who want to watch TVP Info online, internet streaming is a more universal option.

TVP Info Program Schedule

The channel's schedule is built around news programs that air throughout the day. Key programs include:

Wiadomości (News) — the flagship news program of Polish television, formerly known as Dziennik Telewizyjny (Television Journal). It airs during prime time and attracts the largest audience.

Dziennik Regionów — a daily program presenting the most important events of the day from all regions of Poland. It serves as a kind of bridge between federal and local broadcasting.

Ktokolwiek widział, ktokolwiek wie — a legendary program about missing persons that ran for 27 years and helped find many people.
