Nadibaidze Street is one of the main thoroughfares in the Pervomaisky District of Vladivostok, named in honor of Count Nikolai Nikolaevich Muravyov-Amur — Governor-General of Eastern Siberia, who led the region for 14 years. He was the initiator of the Aigun Treaty signed with China in 1858, which established the border along the Amur River. Previously, this street was called Elektrozavodskaya — the decision to rename it was made by the city council of people's deputies. In 1990, the remains of Muravyov-Amur were brought from Paris, where he died in 1881, and ceremonially reburied in Vladivostok near the Primorsky State United Museum named after Arsenyev.
