The construction of the Metallurg Palace of Culture was carried out through community-driven building efforts with the active participation of BrAZ workers and sponsoring organizations. The architectural design was created by architects from Irkutsk, and the main facade was adorned with a large-scale relief composition dedicated to the labor of metallurgists.
