SEC "Zvezdny" is the largest sports complex in southern Russia, designed by Austrian engineers. Since 2013, an indoor pool with aquapark elements "AstrAqua" operated here — the first aqua complex with water slides in Astrakhan. The center's infrastructure allows for regional and federal-level competitions in water sports.
