The project includes 2 underground floors for parking, a ground floor level, and 7 residential floors with a roof structure providing an aesthetic silhouette of the building. The webcam stream shows not only the erection of walls but also the formation of balconies and terraces characteristic of the neoclassical style in a modern interpretation. Window openings with panoramic glazing create the effect of spacious apartments with views of the inner courtyard and Masdar park areas. Facade lighting with energy-efficient lamps adds appeal to the property at night, while vertical architectural elements create a play of shadows. Transport infrastructure of Masdar

The Masdar City online video camera shows not only the construction site but also a unique transportation system within the district. Unlike a typical city, Masdar uses personal rapid transit (PRT), eco-friendly buses, and NAVYA autonomous shuttles for intra-city transportation. Parking and entry to the district are located on its periphery in a zone outside pedestrian accessibility, after which pedestrians transfer to autonomous taxis to enter residential clusters. The Abu Dhabi online Masdar video stream demonstrates traffic on Masdar Boulevard, where Ville 12 is located, as well as the movement of autonomous shuttles in dedicated lanes. This solution prevents cars from entering central pedestrian zones, maintaining clean air and quiet. The location of Ville 12 on Masdar Boulevard provides proximity to residential and public development objects, which is typical of Masdar's urban planning concept. The Abu Dhabi Masdar City online camera helps assess the rhythm of district life and the interaction between the transport system, parks, and residential complexes.
